I'm restoring a CL350 and was wondering if anyone knew of any places around Raleigh where it would be easier to find parts, etc? I'm found a ton of online sites, but more specifically I need a speedometer at the present moment and none of those sites seem to have any.

they used a lot of non-model specific parts then, so i would start by doing some research to see what else used the same part number, to broaden your search base

I think it's called 741 over in Durham. Tons of hodgepodge old bike parts.

That's the one. I had a '76 CB 750 Super Sport a few years ago and they had just about everything I ever needed for it.

I'm doing a 1970 cl350 right now. I have had pretty good luck on ebay.

Are you trying to stay with original type stuff?

Yeah, I'm trying to stay as original as possible. I've noticed eBay has a lot of complete bikes, but most of the stuff I've seen isnt anywhere around here. riderparts is pretty good on a lot of stuff too.......thanks for the rec. about 741, I'll go check them out

Brickhouse Cycles is also a damn good place for stuff like that, only about a 2 hour drive, or they'll pull it and ship it to you for a little extra.
