This is a long shot but I'm desperate...I graduated 4 years ago and now I need a copy of a syllabus for developmental psych 376. I believe I took it way back in 1999-2000 with Kitty something--and of course I just moved so I have no idea where my stuff is or even if I still have that binder. I am in grad school and need to get a copy of that to send in a course exempt form that is due tomorrow.
please help or find a psych major friend who has taken this course!!!!!
I'll pay you! I'm desperate!! 7/16/2007 9:57:19 PM |

i highly doubt you're going to get something from that long ago.
is the teacher you had still at state? they might still have syllabi. even if that specific teacher isn't still here, faculty are probably more helpful than tww at the last minute.

Unless you can either contact the professor or find someone who was in that specific class, you're most likely SOL. courses.ncsu.edu doesn't archive course content. 7/17/2007 12:54:35 PM |

If you can find yours listed there, email hem/her, otherwise, email any prof who has taught 376 recently, and I am sure they can send you a syllabus. 7/17/2007 1:37:06 PM |

^ True, any prof who teaches PSY 376 may have one, which is better than none. The other thing is to see if you can located the departmental secretary. Usually they keep a copy of all syllabi from each professor for a record in the department head's office. They may keep them for years. Sometimes, they also know where to find your previous professor. I am not sure who is the departmental secretary, but the coordinator of advising, Karen Young, is extremly helpful. Perhaps she can point you in the right direction: Karen_Young@ncsu.edu 7/17/2007 9:48:35 PM |
