Many of the comments talk about just how visually stunning it is, and I think one describes the soundtrack as "magnificent." I'll have to check this out.

A bunch of us saw it last night and the collective feeling was that it was a really fun movie, which we haven't had in a while.

Interestingly, an anime called "The Girl who Leapt Through Time" cleaned up all the awards the year Paprika was originally released.

Paprika did get props for music, though. Also interesting is that the same studio did the animation for Girl who Leapt through Time and Paprika (and other staoshi kon movies).

I think I'm gonna watch this tomorrow. So I heard it was very confusing...like a dream...and unnecessarily philosophical...with no substance...but a visual orgasm. Maybe i should be on drugs?
