Wondering if any of you have stayed there before? Wanted to know what your experience there was like. Getting ready to move for this upcoming school year and wanted to gather any information that I could about the place considering that they dont have much at all online. Thanks for any useful information. 7/19/2007 10:55:49 PM |

i've heard its really sketchy and ghetto...was told that when people cook you can smell it down the whole hallway, theres always loud music playing...heard drug deals happen there....the rooms are like 300square feet which is just way too small(my kensington park apartment is like 800 square feet...i couldnt imagine less than half the size)....i was told i probably would not be happy if i lived there 7/20/2007 12:08:16 AM |

ghetto as fuck not to mention much cheaper and nicer 1 bedrooms are possible. Take Ivy Commons for instance, yes they say there is a waitlist but spots "open up" if you're a grad student or look real professional.
oh and its 450 a month for a huge one bedroom next to campus 7/20/2007 12:45:03 AM |

Its a converted hotel. If you have a 1 BR its the same as living in a hotel room. 7/20/2007 12:45:24 AM |

Apartments are one of the best examples of getting what you pay for. Don't rent from whoever is cheap unless you absolutely can not afford one of the nicer complexes. 7/20/2007 8:00:33 PM |
