this is RIGHT as you turn on trinity from blue ridge...its on the right, people tailgate around it every year for football.

I just dont understand why its just stayin there unkept and all

but that must be including the land for that price, altho its a huge house

That's NOT the one with all of the metal cables going across the ground that everyone trips over walking back to the Trinity lot.

And those assessed values are probably low since they are based on 2000 data.

I'm sure they make a killing off parking.

As to why the house is still there, good question. But it's a cool old house even if not in the best of shape.

All assessed values on properties in Wake county are based on 2000 data.

the people who own it, their other house is worth $500,000 + apparently.

I was actually thinking of that other house over there. The one that is closer to the stadium, and only one story. What is the deal with that one as well?

Is there private parking around both of these houses?

^I almost rented that one out. No dogs allowed though so it didn't work out.

Fuckin awesome location. I'm pretty sure the wolfpack club or somebody owns it and they are renting it out until they figure out what to do with it.
