yes, i had it last fall. It was a good class that wasnt a ton of work. We had a 10 page paper and just midterm, final, and quizes

Stick with Barker, that guy was one of the best teachers I had at State. Great guy, if you go and talk to him after class about trying to get the grade you think you deserve or want, you'll get it. Goes above and beyond to help the students out. His tests and quizzes were pretty hard but you get opportunities for extra credit all the time. You can also write and quick 1 or 2 page paper for major extra credit on a random topic that he gives you. Got an A and Id say my test/quiz average was a C.
