I have a 10-gallon all-glass fish tank for sale with a hinged screen lid (I used it for lizards before fish). It still has some gravel, yours if you want it, and it has been sitting dry for months, so there isn't any algae. I have the hood with light (worked last time it was used) and 10-gallon heater for the tank. I also have a 30-gallon filter that worked the last time it was used, and a 50-gallon Penguin Bio-wheel filter. The 10-gallon and 30-gallon filters are Tetra and I have a box of filters+carbon inserts for both. No carbon/filter with the 50-gallon. I upgraded to a bigger tank and have changed filters because of the types of fish I keep, but the filters all work fine.

Gimme your best offer. Pickup is preferred (I live on the corner of Creedmoor and Millbrook) but I could deliver on/near campus for an extra $5.

Here's some links for the hood and filters; I think you know what the tank looks like.

http://www.petco.com/Shop/Product.aspx?sku=559156 The 30 is the one I have

http://www.petco.com/product/12460/Tetra-Whisper-Internal-Power-Filters.aspx The 10i is the one I have; it's good for vivarium setups as it can make a waterfall effect with only 2-3" of water.

http://www.petco.com/product/10367/Marina-Betta-Kits.aspx I also have 1 or 2 of these Betta bowls with the fake plant. It's a really good bowl since Bettas don't need a lot of care, and you could have the gravel that's in there or get new stuff. These would be cheap, since I only have one Betta out of three left and I don't plan to buy any more.

Also, if you want a Betta male, I have a blue crowntail who is the perfect age for breeding (I know there are Betta-breeders here). He's a little less aggressive than usual males, so he might not harass the female as much, but he's been building bubble-nests like crazy.

Please reply if you are interested.

Right now I have

$5 on the 30-g
$5 on the 50-g

and a question about the tank

I probably won't end until after the reptile show this weekend since I'll be more available next week.

Keep the offers coming!

Ok, I work every day from 5 until 10 or midnight in Durham, so I am available most mornings to whoever wants to come by and take this stuff. $5 for each filter is fine, an extra dollar with the 30-gal gets you refill filter cartridges. I live near Millbrook and Creedmoor, so PM for directions. I thought I would be more available this week, but 2 insiders and 2 drivers have been pretty no-show all week, so I get pegged for overtime. Anyway, PM.

Uh, Saturday I'm actually working morning from 9-6, so I'll be available that night.

PM to get my cell number, too.
