Has anyone taken this course? or had Auerbach as a prof? I'm thinking of switching into this class.

I can't even get grade distributions on this class (must've been small class size that prevented the posting of distros)!

I had him for LOG201 and was in LOG/MA335 for about 2 weeks in the spring. I was taking it for the hell of it... but ended up dropping it because I didn't really want to do the work.

I really liked him as a teacher. He moves pretty quick, but if people speak up he will go over the material until everyone gets it (reasonably so anyway).

I had log201 during a summer session... so that was a small class and probably a little different. The LOG335/MA335 was during the spring and a class of about 25-30. I don't know why there are no grade distribution reports.

The tests for LOG201 were just questions he made up... they were in the exact same format as the hw/practice/class problems. If you could do those problems without the book then you would do fine on the tests.
