thats the one off of graham st. right? They are pretty good..I have 2 friends who live there and they both enjoy it but the layout is extremely open their is no separation between anything. You're close to a lot of places though (CVS, harris teeter, dunkin donuts, a bar etc).

not exactly relevant but the post people in ATL suck imho - unless you absolutely need the freedom to be able to move around to their other properties i'd avoid them

Overall it's a great place to live.

The down sides are small and minor. Occasionally the pool can become way to loud (radios and right out of school people still thinking they still live in a frat house (flip cup in the fucking pool and some loudness), the management can be ditzy (but are normally very quick to find a solution), matinence is very quick and friendly, and private parking in the deck (can be annoying if you are leaving during morning rush hour (is a semi public deck--people parking for work)).

There are young families, older couples, older single people, and a lot in thier mid to late twenties. There is a Y across the street, good resturants down stairs (and more in walking distance), near the HT, and close to 77.

Go for it.

lived there a year, was OK, but it reminded me of living in UT. Hard to meet your neighbors, etc. I moved (and ended up buying) about 1/2 mile away in a house. Best decision I made. If you know a shitload of people in Charlotte already it would probably be good since it's so close to everything. PM for more info.

my one bedroom wasn't too bad at $860/month

great location and parking situation was nice, but i HATED not having an outdoor access. It got really stuffy and without a porch, it got really old.

They wanted to raise me up to almost 1000/month before i peaced out. 1000/mo for a 700 sqft hotel room IS overpriced
