i'd choose either the G35 or the IS300. neither stands out from the other enough on paper that i could narrow it down without test driving them.

TL is automatically out for me, because i hate FWD and refuse to drive anything so configured (unless maybe for cheap beater purposes, in a scenario where something like a miata or 240sx wouldn't work).

i'd look for an E46 BMW, too. had a 330ci that i really, really liked for that type of car.

All these prices are sticker prices at local dealers. I refuse to pay anything close to sticker so the prices would have to come down.

The IS300 is a sharp car, but 215hp might be a tad sluggish for my taste. Ive driven an 04 TL before and the handling and acceleration are top notch. The G35 probably handles and accelerates better though.

The G35 does have the sports and premium package. Which means it has intelligent key, 18" rims, VLSD, and upgrade suspension....... all that the TL doesnt have.

don't get the tl.

you'll regret it later.

i'd get the g35, if you aren't going to work on it yourself. (which is a good possibility).

^^^performance speaking, the g35 is going to roll on the other two. the only choice i see is whether you want navigation or not. everything else is hands down g35.

Ive pretty much made my mind up. its gonna be g35. I wonder how much I can get the dealer to knock off that sticker price.

I offered infiniti 21k, they called me but dont seem to be interested in my 21k enough yet.

Supposed to see the Acura tomorrow.

The people with the lexus never called me back..... so i guess my money wasnt green enough.

If I dont buy this weekend I will just keep my Q45

IS300 - too small, too slow, price to high, handles good but thats it. interior looks like an upgraded corolla S.

Acura TL - excellent interior, pretty quick, but not sporty enough.

G35 - perfect. I bought this one. intelligent key is the shit!!! exhaust note and power is awesome.
