How can a thread be posted on if its over 90 days old? Is there a way to revive them?

contact the moderator of that section and ask them to bump it

a moderator in that section can bttt it - most of the time you can PM a mod and they'll bring it back up

click on 'message boards' at the top. the mods for each section are listed to the left

I'm usually pretty helpful around here when I can be. assuming I actually see threads like this

even more so during the first few weeks of NCSU's classes when the n00bs are around
