Season 8 starts on September 27th. Do you guys think Sara will live or die?

I just saw a preview about it- I really hope Sara doesn't die.

Guess I can bump this closer to then.

I've been watching on Spike to catch up with what happened in the 7th season, and I went online and watched the last episode.

It ended with Sara under the car in the desert... in some sort of monsoon. The miniature killer was finally caught but too late.

you definitely should. I'm really afraid Jorja Fox (Sara) is going off the show. I read an article in TV Guide about it the other day. I was just getting excited about her and Grissom. The other day I saw an episode from the 7th season and at the end she was about to shave his face- she said "do you trust me?" and he answered, "intimately." I melted.

Doubt they'll ever get together, unless she dies, too. Her and grissom gettin together probably wouldn't be allowed since they're in the boss/employee relationship. How many seasons have they dragged out the sexual tension between these two?

I read in one of the magazines that "you will need kleenexes to get through the episode" and in the previews they show grissom and possibly nick running to the car when it's dry out but they also show sara trying to hold her breath underwater. So...i bet she dies. Plus i hear they are bringing in a new character.

The articles I read said that she was ready for a change and they haven't yet renewed her contract... and the new pic for the 8th season doesn't have her in it. I loved Sara and Grissom and I really want to see something work for them, but I'll bet you're right. Everything leads up to her dying in the season opener.

jesus I've missed a lot
so whats the deal with them being together? any late reruns that I catch I've never seen more than some hinting between them? Do the others know about it, or is it all hush hush?

tonight at 9 is an episode called lab rats I think... it's the episode before the final one. Next thursday is the last episode from 7th season.

I dont think the others knew for sure until the last episode when Grissom says something like "I took away the only person she loved (talking about the miniature killer) and now she's going to do the same thing to me (talking about sara)" the others were like- um woah? haha

damit thats what I'm talkin about, I remember that one. The miniature killer saw a suggestive move by grissom and sara, while they were at the overturned car crime scene and figured it out. I thought it was the same stuff as before, nothing really relationshipwise.

It was a great episode- I cried at the end. I am so glad she didn't die!

she'll probably be traumatized by this experience and want to leave the team. Or maybe just take a break. She's not my fav character so i won't be too disappointed if she leaves the show.
