he never plays any of his older stuff anymore, which is all that's worth a shit. after that "wave on wave" or whatever it was put him on the national scene, he ditched everything he came from and started singing a bunch of nashville/pop crap.

i saw him once before that song made him popular, and it was an awesome show. the two times i've seen him since then SUCKED.
