i disagree somewhat. sure their first 2 albums are far and away their best, but their next couple were not bad, and each album has had some really great individual songs. And, from people ive talked to they play a very good and diverse set live. This is another band ive wanted to see for a long time, havent decided whether im going yet

i saw them a year or two ago w/ weezer and thought they were great live.

got shut out on ticketbastard for the irving plaza show. i knew it was a long shot though. the place only holds around 900 and they gave half of the tix away for free on the radio. scalpers got most of the tm tix and they're going for crazy amounts on ebay and craigslist. fuck that. i won't pay a dime over face for any ticket.

gah^ thats REALLY good. to anyone who hasnt liked their newer stuff they could still appreciate that show probably.

opposite end tix are all that have been left for a bit now, i wish i would have remembered sooner. as you can seei remembered it at 10:02 >.<

i went with marko.. i don't remember it being overly amazing.. it was good though. they pretty much played the first album in it's entirety, and it was certainly loud.

i do remember it being a pretty fun show

oh, and kim deal's other other band, the amps, opened
