i don't want to download sony's sonicstage, as it's a bunch of crappy software that i don't want and largely don't need...however, due to ATRAC3plus' compression/quality, and the fact that my new car stereo allows me to hold far more folders and files than it does of MP3 or WMA, i'd like to try running ATRAC3plus files...however, i can't find any standalone converters or even a codec to install with dBpoweramp, as it's a proprietary format

apparently, there used to be a standalone, no-frills, MP3-to-ATRAC converter offered by sony, but i can't find it anymore...here's the official site with the broken link:
