This is about the 5th time this guy has parked in this area and blocked people. I decided to be somewhat nice and wrote a letter to the office.

Maybe that'll do something. If not, I may have to do some serious egging.

There is nothing serious about egging. If you drive a POS just push their car out of the way as long as you can line up bumper-to-bumper. They'll get the point when they come back and their car is in the middle of the lane.
