sure you can, you just have to cook the pig in an ovenyou can fit like 3 pork shoulders in a oven.

If you want to rent one there is a guy on HWY 401 near Wake Take that rents them $99 for 2 days I think. Its called HWY 401 video, the guy sells/rents just about anything. But he has 10-12+ nice pig cookers out front.
