all male enhancement products are a blend of vasodialators such as Arginine, Yohimbe, etc...they don't really work, they just increase blood flow to the penis to give it a slightly larger look. I know this because I worked at GNC..the race that asked for this stuff the most...Hispanics...and having a Mexican explain to me that he wants his dick bigger using broken english, simple spanish, and hand gestures...always a blast.
