My brother lived here for a while while he was in between duty stations in the Navy. It's a really nice place and is pretty much right on the beltline. I'd be living there if I wasn't a prisoner of Preiss Co.

I am moving to raleigh for an internship from App State and need a place ASAP. I have a small female dog and don't particularly want to live somewhere that is going to be having a bunch of parties and all that. I am a female and was wondering who else lives there? Male or female. Thanks!
