^ it's nice how in that article, regardless of state's ranking, they dont suck carolina's dick just because it's UNC. they give a fair assessment of UNC's frontcourt and the uncertainness after losing a couple players, unlike Winn who wants to slobb all over hansblow

^^ Oh come on.. Hansbrough is a cock who will suck in the NBA but he DOMINATES at this level. They are easily a Top 5 frontcourt without a doubt. We have just as many questions really. Growing up a state fan my parents have had to tell me how good the school I attend was in sports. This year I think it is going to be different because I believe that for the 1st time in almost 25 years we can seriously be considered ACC and national title contenders. Our frontcourt IS the best in the country and with Gavin Grant and Courtney Fells trading minutes in the back the only question is pg. I honestly believe that the pg that we play this year will just have to be able to get the ball to the play makers and avoid turning it over. Carolina still has Handjob but they also have a lot of questions because of the missing consistentcy from Terry and others when the others get shut down. Duke is looking at a rebuilding year and so is Wake Forest. This honestly is looking like a really good season to be a NCSU fan .

if anything just for rankings and seedings you want to know about other teams, or maybe they play a team you play or vice versa. If you actually follow sports you always want to know as much as possible about other teams, no such thing as too much information. and once again, State isnt in the NFL, or MLB etc, but plenty of threads about that...

^^^ I don't know many people who worry about other teams to the extent you're suggesting. If Tennesee is playing another ranked team, I'll probably watch, just because I enjoy a good game. Not because I want to know all about Tennesee. And if Tennesee is on SportsCenter or PTI or something like that, sure I'll listen to what's said about them, but it won't be my reason for watching.

You make it sound like you're trying to get a leg up in filling out brackets come March. I love filling those out come March, but I don't alter my sports watching behavior just to know if I should pick Tennesee over some random team. It's not worth my time. Neither is reading about Tennesee's backcourt in a thread called "Best frontcourts in the nation." If you want to add something about Tennesee's frontcourt, go ahead. Otherwise please take the Tennesee cheerleading back to the thread you made for that purpose.

I mean, you're correct in pointing out their are threads about other sports (NFL, MLB, or whatever)related things on tww, but most posters in those threads don't randomly roll into an unrelated thread and try to talk about content better suited for the first thread.
