if by hammer you mean mount on one peice rims, then yes you can, but you will need a hydraulic tire changer, wont be doin one of those puppys on the floor with a few tire irons like a regular truck tire
[Edited on October 16, 2007 at 8:07 PM. Reason : 400 for a set of 4? thats a steal, those run about $550-600 each new]10/16/2007 8:06:37 PM |

I would hire out the mounting, its just a pain in the ass without the right tools.
This guy is in fayetnam, and the deal is that every vehicle that goes overseas gets new rubber, even if they are still good. His deal is he hauls the take offs off of the base so they dont build up.

depends on what you're puttin it on, standard 20" truck rims are adime a dozen, but thats not gonna do you any good on a light truck 10/16/2007 8:09:57 PM |

it's not a steal, but it's a good price especially not having to pay shipping since they're local.
you can mount them on "normal" 20" rims. i would reccomend stazworks, they specialize in custom built heavy duty rims for the military tires. they offer single and double beadlocks, rockrings, etc. as well if you have the need.
i've got a set of 395/85r20 (46") michelin xml's for sale if you're interested. two are 90% tread, the other two are near 100%. also a set of 20" split ring budd wheels with 42" ndt's off of a deuce. 10/16/2007 9:23:02 PM |

Go with single-piece if you can get them. You have to run tubes with split-ring rims. And it's not fun dodging a flying ring if'n you mount them yourself and fuck it up.
