dunno, never heard of those party express places, only party city. and they party year round

i really dont think they put them in whatever random place happens to be vacant at the time, because there are at least 3 that i know of which are always in the same spot. i just never think about what's there the rest of the year.

also i bet honeybaked ham is a good place to work for the whole year minus about a month

Makes sense. For instance, the halloween store at SouthPoint was the "Bodies" enhibit for the last 6 months.

So maybe they rent spaces that have other seasonal rentals. Like 3 month blocks.

The Halloween Express in Four Season's Mall in Greensboro used to be a drug store that started with a 'K', and then was a CVS, then vacant forever till the Halloween Express this year.
