So, do all the people who think McDonald's is responsible for the girl being strip searched also think that the NFL is responsible for one of their players shooting someone?

Surely you can see the obvious differences between this and the McDonald's case:

- The shooting did not occur on NFL property.
- The shooting did not occur at an NFL event.
- Pacman Jones is (apparently) not the shooter.
- Regardless of what Pacman Jones did/did not do, he was not acting in his capacity as an NFL athlete--he wasn't on the clock.

It's also worth noting that, just like the McDonald's case, this is a civil suit, not criminal charges.
