Hi, I'm posting this for my girlfriend. She graduated in May from NCSU and renewed her lease with Centennial Village in August. Unfortunately, she is rarely in Raleigh and has decided to sublease and move to a more convenient location. Sublease could start as soon as possible. Lease ends in August. Roommates are very nice, and are great about privacy issues if you don't want to hang out. The leasing managers are fine. No fine print or anything. Rent is $390 a month and is all inclusive (cable, electricity, water, etc included). Apartment is 3 bedroom and on the corner of Gorman and Avent Ferry (wolfline bus stop RIGHT outside). Great location, by Food Lion, bus stop, Jax, etc. PM with any interest.

you can buy out of the lease there (around $400), that is what I did when i graduated.
