I hoped Manning liked Parcell's imitation of him

Otherwise Bill might get a naked butt and rectum in his face

you just have to wonder what Manning would do in New England this year with the wide outs Brady has.

Brady is good, but when you have that talent, just throw it their way...

Manning had the same class of receiver's back when he threw 49

Harrison Wayne and Stokely

The question has always been: What could Brady do if he had the type of receiver's Manning has always had?

It's always been Troy Brown and the retards up till this year

not at all

but he doesnt have Moss, Welker, Stallworth and enough talent to drop Caldwell...not to mention Watson and Vrabel.

I realize its hard to compare, but Harrison and Moss are two completely different players.
they are both great in their own respect but you just have to wonder.

no, the question always was what could Manning do with Brady's defense... and the Pats are throwing a shitload more this year than the Colts ever have, Pats rushing stats are just meh, but their passing...

You don't want to say he'd be worse, but there's no way he could possibly be better than Brady this year

27 and 2 man

You can't even do that on Rookie mode in Madden

true, Brady has been retarded this year, but watching this past weeks game I really think its a case of them knowing their defense is so good that they can do a lot of risky passes and worst case it will be the same as a punt and their defense will hold. Both of those passes to Moss were into double coverage and were short but Moss dominated the shitass DBs

Thats one area where Brady has an edge that Peyton never had.

Welker is basically a Stokely clone, and Stallworth is a poor man's Wayne.

But when Manning hits Harrison for a TD, its almost always an accurate pass that the defender has no chance at.

Moss gives Brady a huge margin of error...Harrison never outjumps one defender, let alone two or three.

I still think if you put Manning on the Patriots they would indeed be a dynasty and prolly have 5 championships

now if you put Brady on the Colts, i dont think they win a superbowl...

27/2 is damn good, i admit though.

I think Brady would have won a couple of SB's on Indy. He is such a clutch QB that he would have carried them some of the years that Manning faltered.

but the years where the Pats D carried them, which was a lot, he wouldn't have won as many...

bigger difference between Colts D and Pats D then there is between Manning and Brady, not even close.

That is beside the point. The fact is that Peyton Manning has laid an egg on numerous occasions in the playoffs, and not just against the New England Patriots.

And Tom Brady? Well he wins superbowls, by putting the team on his back when they need a score.

Manning went a long way towards dispelling that history with his clutch play int he second half of the playoff game last year against the Patriots, but there is no denying that Brady has been more clutch and better overall in the playoffs.

but... you never know if Brady would have been as clutch if he KNEW he had a shitty ass defense behind him... that changes what you even attempt to do a LOT.

or think of it this way... put Brady on the Colts and at the VERY best he wins just as many as he has with the Pats, no way he gets even more... but put Manning on the Pats and I think everyone would admit he would have more than one superbowl, probably several
