So I have AT&T and I want to get a new phone for $0.01 w/ 2year contract. Question I have is...

My 2-year contract is up (I'm going month-to-month), is there any way I can buy this phone and just simply extend my current contract by 2 years? I don't want to purchase a new plan for myself if i'm already on another with my family. Has anyone been in this kind of situation when getting a phone thru Amazon?

if the phone you want to buy comes with a plan, you have to get the plan durrrrr

no you can't upgrade equipment only, unless you pay either full price or get the 1 year plan discount.

you have to use a new customer identity to be elligible for the free phone AND sign up for the 2 year plan.
