McCauley, Costner, Fells, and Grant are not to be seen in top 25.
Call me a homer but at least the first two HAVE to be top 20 players in college at their positions.
Wow Anthony King (Miami), James Gist (Fairlyand), Richard Hendrix (Bama) and James Mays (Clemson) over Costner. I know its a game but damn.

^Kyle Hines. Dude is a beast. He might be short at 6'6" to play PF but he is good. We have been playing them over the last couple years and he usually holds his own against us as their team does actually. We have barely beaten them the last 2 games. 11/2/2007 4:19:32 PM |

Lofton is the highest rated player in the game 11/2/2007 4:26:04 PM |

Pearl is getting his system players in there.
That backcourt trio of Lofton/Ramar Smith/JuJuan Smith is the best in the country.
I think they have the talent to beat anyone, especially if the transfer Smith is that good.

people are all over Tyler Smith's nuts, I didnt see him play much at Iowa but apparently hes the fucking man... he was voted 2nd team all SEC before playing a game haha.
Ramar is vastly underrated, he had a solid season last year
and then we get J.P. Prince (Transfer from Arizona, 5-star PG) December 15th... just nasty. Its amazing what Pearl's done in such a short time

gavin is the best player on the team rated 80. just to give you some persepctive. wayne ellington is 84. if danny green, macus ginyard, bobby frasor, or quinton thomas were on our team they would be the 2nd best player behind gavin grant.
yes
quinton thomas better than all state players except grant. 11/20/2007 2:56:08 PM |

Yeah, I saw this. Definitely had to go in and manually adjust the attributes a little to put them in line.
And it's not just compared to UNC(who in my opinion is 1-2 points high on all of their top 10 players practically), but also compared to other ACC teams (since those are the teams that I know the players for).
State definitely gets shafted, from Hickson (not ranked as a top 25 center, and ranked much lower than other MC AA, etc.), to Costner, McCauley, Grant, Fells, etc.
You can't even begin to make an argument that UNC and State's teams are balanced attribute wise. My neighbor and I talked about it tonight already, and he's the biggest diehard UNC homer douche, and he still agrees.11/21/2007 12:56:21 AM |

Did they fix our logo on the court this year? I think I remember last years being outdated. 11/21/2007 1:04:42 PM |

^yeah good question. Actually last year, our whole court was fucked up. It looked like they found out our lanes were gonna be painted red, so they just went in real quick and threw some red down without even trying to match it with the red on everything else in the stadium. 11/21/2007 1:25:46 PM |

They need to take that goddamn blue RBC logo off our court IRL.
The company color's aren't that important that they have to clash so much with our team colors.
Just make the logo red and white...its not like anyone is going to miss it anyway. 11/21/2007 1:35:43 PM |
