All I can say is that Raleigh is full of dumb kids, drivers and pedestrians alike! I cannot wait to get out of the city!

Like in Raleigh is like living a video game: I feel like I am in Frogger tryin to dodge all the dumb ass college kids in their BMWs that their parents bought them. Its like no one gives a fuck who they pull out in front of... They are always in their own little world and when you go to bitch them out they are like "Sorry I didn't see you" and then I like "Well if you would have taken the time to stop at the stop sign you would have seen there was someone coming from the other way"

But it can be flipped the other way. I see so many dumb nigs running across the street when there isn't a white man on the sign (its a orange hand thing) little less someone running across the street with not even a cross walk.

The article says that the driver was doing ~35mph. Isn't the speed limit on that portion of Hillsborough something like 20mph? What does this do for the driver?
