Oh, and it shouldn't take that long to pad. There were barely 12,000 votes last I looked at it.
...And there's only 8,000-something votes on the results page after voting. wtf, espn?

I think it is going to the international portion. 13,072 on the map with 4,132 being international. 40% for NC State. The regular page only shows 9,447 votes. 21.6% for NC State and 31.4 for Kentucky
