How exactly did Thomas Crown get the other painting out of there?

Remember he sets off the sprinklers, which covers the wall in a big metal door, but he had placed a pencil in there blocking the track. That way the painting that he loaned to the museum was still showing when the water started spraying.

The water rinsed off the water paint revealing that the "Noon: Rest From Work (After Millet)" by Van Gough was there the whole time.

However when the metal retracts it is shown that another painting in the same room got stolen.


Just curious how he got that one.
