I am currently living in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome just off Avent Ferry and I'm looking for a roommate because I just can't handle the expense on my own. $400/month will cover rent and utilities. I'll go ahead and say upfront, I have a few snakes so you need to like or at least be able to tolerate them. I'm also open to moving in somewhere else. My lease has already passed so all I need to do is give a notice and I'm good to go. So if you have a room or will have a room opening up soon, let me know.

I knew the snakes would be an issue but come on people. Unless you go into my room, I promise, you'd never even know that they were there. They're much better than a dog or a cat, you don't have the hair all over the furniture, cloths, etc. and you don't have to worry about "accidents" in the house. What more could you ask for in a "pet"?

how far is the closest wolfline bus stop?
is cable and internet also included in the rent?

It takes <1min to get to the bus stop and basic cable and roadrunner are including in that 400.

Still haven't found anyone. It's really a great place in a quiet community. No reason I shouldn't be able to find a roommate. The snakes aren't that bad! You never even have to see them if you don't want to.
