I'd like to set one of my pictures as the background in myspace and I have no clue how... halp?

Also where can I upload and store higher resolution photos?

For high res photo storage, use Picasa Web Albums, you get a gig of space, but can buy more if you like. Plus it's integrated with Picasa for uploading and management.

Will Picasa allow hotlinking?

In a manner of speaking yes ... you can hotlink photos, however the largest size they'll allow sent out is 800 ... all code for linking is on the panel next to the picture in your album.

Someone can still view the album and download the full image file if they want, btw, so nothing is lost.
