Remember these are just the "settlement"/extortion letters they send out to get students to shell out a few thousand dollars before realizing their student fees pay for Student Legal Services to help them

IIRC there are only 23 actual lawsuits pending against NCSU students at the moment

So what's the policy on most major ISPs? I've heard they're increasingly doing this to college students, which I think the colleges should block DIRECTLY but I'll be off campus next semester.

can they randomly send me a letter without me pulling off sending a http://www.thepiratebay.org style "fuck you" letter in return?
