I've noticed that when I'm listening to an AM radio station and it turns to scratchy static, it will get louder and make a reving sound as I wind through my gears.

Anybody else experienced this? How could it possibly do that?

My sisters 98-99? toyota taco did that too, but on FM. My AM has a high pitched squeal when revving up as well.
