One of my roomates is moving out because of a job after this semester. Apartment is a 3 BR, 3rd Floor apartment in Colonial Grand @ Trinity Commons, near the football stadium. Rent is $360 + 1/3 utilities.
He is moving out soon after the December graduation, so you could move in right after that, and the lease goes until the first of August.
