I have a set of 2 kicker comp vr subs in a carpeted box. The subs are in perfect condition and the box is one of the most solid that i have come across. It was built by Nu Image car audio in Wilmington NC. The Subs and box new were about 600. These things are very loud, can handle 600 watts RMS each.
