hey i'll have a room available by dec. 20th

university suites off trailwood (living with 3 female ncsu students)

your own room and bathroom and all the utilities are included in the rent ($435)
(electricity, internet, water...W/D...and platform bed with built in draws...walk in closet and a desk)

free transportation to and from campus from 7am-5pm during the week.

need the sublet from jan- to preferable aug. but at least june

i have an apartment available to move into as soon as you would like. rent is 325 cable and internet is free and electricty runs about 20 per person per month
