I am looking for one roommate to move in the beginning of January. The townhouse is located off Marcom St, which is right off of Gorman. I am within walking distance to the wolfline and even campus if you wanted to walk. The rent is $366.67 per month, utilities not included. There is high speed internet and we have dvr. My room has two large windows, is very spacious with its own bathroom, tub, sink, toilet, mirror and counter space, and has a walk-in closet. The apartment is very clean and modern with a washer and dryer, fridge, dish washer. My roommates have completely furnished the apartment. There is a large driveway for plenty or parking.
