I'm thinking those hooks you can tape on by 3M or do they have hooks that can wrap around the gutter?

they have hooks that slide up under your shingles

and they also have ones that hang on the side of your gutter

go to home depot and ask

Lights go on the tree! Growing up we used to light up the banister with a green ivy covered in lights, it was neat.

I've other decorations for inside though. I love opening up the Christmas box and discovering goodies I had forgotten about.
