and not to be mean, because i have no problems with you at all, i just feel like KSE has been writing the exact same song over and over with different titles for years. i dont see how they are half as big as they are.

^yeah he said he logged in today to see if it was sold out and it wasn't. But then one of my other friends tried to buy from their site and etix and they both were sold out.

the problem is that its hard to argue this point because it is only indirectly true. the reason so many people dont like bands after they 'get big' is *not* BECAUSE they are big, its usually because they CHANGED their sound in order to sell records and thus the sound you liked before isnt there and you dont like them. whether intentional, or whether intentional the point remains.

if thursday kept writing material i enjoyed, id listen to them still even if they were selling 10 million records. but they stopped making music that i wanted to listen to.

in the case of KSE ive never really thought they made good music tho /shrug

my friend who works at etix said that not only is it sold out, but it's overbooked, by about 50 people.

so they will either let everyone in and over crowd it, or the last 50 people are going to be refunded? whatever lincoln theater decides
