Rent is $375. Good sized bedroom (~12x12) for rent, with its own bathroom off the hall. Townhome has cathedral ceiling in the living room, large kitchen, and a loft. Rent includes high speed internet, local phone, and water. Power bill is split evenly among the roommates. Deposit is one month’s rent. Room is available now. On the wolfline and CAT line, in Hunter’s Creek.

My brother Alex lives there now. He is laid back, not messy, quiet, and a non-smoker. There is another larger bedroom (~18x12) open as well, but it needs a new coat of paint it, so it’s not ready yet. It could be available within a couple of weeks. This room also has its own bath. Rent is $410.

Pets are ok, depending on the pet... 1 cat or 1 dog would be ok, and smaller animals ok too (birds/fish/etc).

There is a washer and dryer in the townhome.
