copy the file pim.vol from the top (root) directory of your phone to the top (root) directory of the storage card

this is how you can save a backup of your contacts VERY easily

well, my first one i left in a cab

my second, third, and fourth was all sprint's fault. they kept sending me bad Qs

this one just stopped working randomly, i didn't drop it or anything. no water damamge.

this is where you can check in the future. you are SUPPOSED to have the moto update tool install on your pc and hook it to it every now and then to check to see if you need an update

it thinks it being updated for some reason and that it is disconnected from the web. try updating it and see what happens.

I'm not using my insurance plan, they charge $50 and i'd have to wait weeks to get the phone. I used that shitty insurance plan earlier. I forgot the name of it.

This time I'm letting the authorized resellers do it. I pay them $55 and they order a new phone for me - it only takes 3 days if I go this route
