i heard that little weapon was going to be an expanded version of the "kids with guns" track that was on some mixtape a while back he did

i thought that was one of his hottest rhymes about all the guns and people using them for different reasons and rationalizing their use

nevermind, judging from the samples it's not the same rhyme

still a sick track though

there's one or two times where you can hear a computer blip sound in the back ground

most noticeably on hi-definition

however, ive ran through it 3 times already, 2 while driving late last night

first time though, was kinda dissapointed

2nd time through, enjoyed it more,

3rd time, in noddin' at my desk.

however, i dont really see any tracks that really stand out

not a bad effort, just i think i had too high of expectations

this album is legit. easily best hip hop album of the year. id throw it in the running for AOTY overall. food and liquor displayed flashes of lu's raw talent but the album left me wanting more. it was a long wait but he delivered and lived up to the hype. real hip hop is alive.
