includes power,water,internet,cable, washer/dryer, all appliances. Neat floor plan place is actually 3br 2.5bath but 3rd br is used mainly for an office (unless somebody wants to live in a 8x10 room all included for $250). if 3rd room/office is lived in rent drops to $375 and the 2nd bathroom is shared.

unless you own the place, i dont think its at the discretion of the other person in the townhouse.


In most cases i find people with pets looking for a roommate and saying no pets even though the actual owner would allow it.

I really do hope you are the owner of this place.
