Pretty much every time I have to call them, I have same problem. They keep telling me that I haven't returned my equipment after canceling my account, but I went to the office and turned it in and got a receipt a few weeks ago. TWC sucks.

make sure you are dialing 866 and not 888 or 800.

I think you are calling the wrong number. I remember I was trying to contact them and the number they had listed somewhere was just busy every time. Eventually I found a number that worked, but I can't remember where.
