ok so i get to pick a wireless keyboard for my work laptop.

id prefer just the keyboard, because i already have a corded mouse.
but it seems like a lot of keyboards already come with the mouse, so its not a big deal.

im thinking maybe around $60-$70 or so.
and it has to be with the USB key type thing, i bought a logitech wireless mouse but the pictures failed to show that it was indeed wireless, but the usb cord that plugged it was connected to the wireless thingy. which is not so practical. kinda like this.

pics would be nice, along with price.

im thinking about just getting

because the laptop is ibm and we may get deals through work.

well i do a lot of numbers and yeah i know i can turn on num. lock on the laptop, but im much more comfortable using a tad bit bigger keyboard.

i also have a laptop riser which makes it kind of hard to type when its at such an angle.

If it says "Logitech" on it you can't go wrong. I envy those G15's...

check http://www.justdeals.net (com maybe) - they sometimes put them on the front page deal.

thanks for all the advice.

that is the one i bought the first time. i just dont like that 3rd piece, id much rather had the small USB key than that bulky think with long wires.

for a desktop it would have been nice. but not too practical for laptop.

i like that bluetooth keyboard.

hmmm, lets see how much i can get out of work

so lemme try to get this straight so i can help u look for something.

you want a keyboard to hook up to your laptop that you're going to be using at your desk?

is the keyboard going to stay on the same desk or are you going to move it around with the laptop?

the laptop will be on a laptop riser on a desk.

i dont like putting it on my lap. i want to recline back and type without worries.

i dont need anything fancy but i like these combos you guys have posted. i can deal with the least expensive one as long as it doesnt have large IR plug for the USB slot.

That's what I have. Best typing keyboard I've ever had, and it's bluetooth which is nice if you ever get a laptop with builtin bluetooth it'll work without the USB thing.
