cause we aren't trying to copy Wake Forest like every other fucking school out there. Wake got it from ice hockey, and ice hockey got it from soccer matches in Europe, b/c well Europeans love techno.

i like the song, but I'd like to be original. maybe we could find a good old song that could become the next great stadium anthem. maybe some old Cypress Hill, say "How I Could Just Kill A Man" or "Insane In The Membrane". i always thought the Criss Cross "Jump, Jump" song while corny would be pretty good.

The Fast Fight Song is a great tradition and gets everyone in the building pumped at the 4:00 timeout. When the place is full and that gets going it can get crazy loud.

I like that we don't do the popular, cheesy zombie nation. Sure it gets people pumped up, but there are other songs that do that.

And fuck anyone who says the fast fight song is bad. When done right, that shit is the most awesome get-right song you can think of for the wolfpack. Tradition, gets EVERYONE involved, and really sounds great.

I doubt you'll see all the alumni and upper deck ever bouncing for zombie nation. I've seen the entire RBC Center doing the slow clap and rumbling the building at the end.
