I am moving out of my current house, and need to rent my room. It's in a 3 story house on Alder Ridge Dr. in the Trailwood Hills area off of Lineberry Drive. There is a bus stop close to the house, and the house is only 4.5 miles from campus. I've got the biggest room in the house (~25' x 18'). The house is fully furnished (other than what you'd need in your bedroom). You'll have to share a bathroom with 1 other person (who is very clean and respectful). Rent is $325/month + utilities (~$25-30/month)
Lease would be until May (end of school)
