Bagley's co-defendant in the killing, Allen Keith Craige, 27, of 4401 Emerald Forest Drive, has not gone to trial yet."

thats pretty biased dontcha think

i could be wrong, but i thought he got his old trial thrown out because of crooked DAs, and then a few witnesses died and changed their stories since then - so the state just said fuck it since they couldnt win without the witnesses

also, im pretty sure it was something like 5 years for the girl, unless you are talking about the max, which never happens. and you forgot to mention he was about 31 years old fucking a 15 year old
