Baically I'm trying to find a visa gifcard my cousin can use to get beer, food, etc. He goes to UNC so I'm trying to find one that has State printed on it. I can't believe that these dont exist, but my google attemtps have been >fail<

I tried there already. It gives you a list of places you can go that provide them. bout the only thing in this area is Walmart & gas stations
